Ashwin Vinayagamoorthy set out to create a song that is reminiscent of summer and resplendent with chill, groovy vibes to unwind or something to crunch up miles on a drive. After listening and watching the official video one can agree that it is a HIT. I could not escape the energy the track resonates.
What Ashwin imagined was this song to remind listeners of their first crush or love that one never forgets. You may not be together, but that person is where it all started, probably. Summertime Kaadhal is all about capturing that emotion and bottling it up into a song that you can relive over long drives, chilling with friends and vacations by the beach.
